Our workshops are ideal for client appreciation events, team-building activities, or innovative brainstorming sessions. Participants will design and customize their own sneakers, guided by expert facilitators who ensure everyone feels confident and engaged throughout the process. These events are tailored to align with your company’s goals and brand identity, incorporating elements like corporate colors, logos, and themes into the experience. We handle all aspects of the workshop, from providing high-quality sneakers and materials to setting up a professional and inspiring event space. Whether you’re hosting a small team or a large group, our workshops foster a sense of unity and pride, helping participants connect with your brand on a deeper level. The end result is not just a custom pair of sneakers but also a memorable experience that strengthens relationships and leaves your attendees with a tangible reminder of your event.
Booking Policy
To reserve your event with Kicks with a Twist, a $150 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final invoice. The $150 covers half of the minimum booking requirement, which is the cost for two participants (the minimum number required for all corporate and private events). Once you complete your booking, you will receive an email requesting all necessary event details. After we collect this information, we will send you a final invoice showing your full quote with the $150 deposit credited toward your balance. At this time, you are booking a consultation to discuss and plan your event. After the consultation is completed and service details have been finalized, the following cancellation policy will apply. Cancellation Policy for Corporate & Private Events: You may cancel within 48 hours of your initial booking to receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel more than 48 hours after booking but at least 48 hours before the event, you will receive a 50% refund of the total event cost. If you cancel within 48 hours of the event start time, no refund will be issued, and the full event cost will be forfeited. This policy allows us to properly manage resources, prepare for your event, and deliver a smooth, quality experience.
