Booking Policy
At Kicks with a Twist, we offer personalized sneaker customization services to bring your creative vision to life. To secure your customization appointment, a $150 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit represents half of the total cost for a standard sneaker customization, which is $300. Once your booking is submitted, you will receive an email requesting important details about your customization request, including design inspiration, color preferences, and any specific elements you would like incorporated. After gathering all necessary information, we will confirm your design direction and send a final invoice reflecting the full $300 total, with your $150 deposit applied toward your balance. Please note that by booking, you are scheduling a consultation to discuss and finalize your custom sneaker design. Once your consultation is completed and the customization details are finalized, the following cancellation policy will apply. Cancellation Policy for Sneaker Customization: You may cancel within 48 hours of your initial booking to receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel after 48 hours of booking, your $150 deposit will be non-refundable due to the time and materials allocated for preparing your custom design. Customized sneakers are one-of-a-kind creations, and the deposit ensures that our artists and designers can begin sourcing materials, sketching, and preparing your unique pair.
